The Highland House Hotel Amsterdam, Amsterdam

The hotel was really cool, perhaps a bit on the small side but very comfortable overall and had everything we needed. The family suite we had for 2 adults and 2 teens was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for our one-night stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, close to many attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, and impeccably clean, offering a peaceful retreat. The service provided was exceptional with helpful and kind staff. Dining options were delicious but slightly inconvenient. Overall, a great value for a top-notch stay.

The hotel rooms were fantastic, with a great size, comfy bed, and a modern feel. While the luggage room was full, the option to store luggage at another hotel was a helpful solution. The service was phenomenal, with staff going above and beyond, especially for our wedding anniversary. The location was excellent, right in the center with shops and restaurants nearby. The dining was good, but a bit inconvenient having to cross the road. Overall, a great stay with a few minor inconveniences.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were beautiful and very modern with a very comfortable bed, great decor, and nice facilities all around. However, it was a bit inconvenient that despite requesting a room at a higher level with a lift, we ended up in a room on the lower ground with steps, which made it difficult for my parents to move around.

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were simply amazing. Not only did they have a big queen size bed for me and a long twin-size bed for my 6-foot-tall teenage son, but also an adorable bar in the middle called the Den that provided a bit of privacy. The decor was modern and fashionable with sleek black trim, shiny subway tiles, Carrera marble in the bath, clean white duvets, and delightful woodsy scented bath products. I wish I could buy those products!
